3 tbsp butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar

1 cup butter softened
3 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and salt.
Cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk and beat well.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While the cupcakes bake, cream together the butter and icing sugar together, being sure to add the icing sugar a 1/2 cup at a time. Alternately add the Nutella 1 tbsp at a time.
Add the vanilla and beat on high for 20 seconds.
Add the milk 1 tbsp at a time until the buttercream reaches a thick consistency. Beat on high for 30 seconds.
Let the cupcakes cool for 15 minutes then pipe the Nutella icing in a swirl. Place one Ferrero Rocher on top and enjoy!
